Mapping and visualizing emerging legal frameworks for human rights in digitally networked spaces. CYRILLA was launched in late 2017 with a dataset of legislation, draft law, and case law from the 22 Arab League states. In 2018, with the addition of four new partners from Latin America, Africa, and Asia, the initiative evolved to become more widely distributed.
