We are a Peruvian non-profit association that promotes and defends the right of all Peruvians to use technology as a tool to exercise their freedoms, rights and citizenship. In our work, we seek opportunities to promote rights and activism, and we monitor the public agenda to identify threats that limit the development of capabilities of Peruvians in technology.
